Award for the DSV Annual Report for the third year running

The jury states that DSV delivers a stringent structure and a straight to the point description of the strategy and financial targets

Every year, the accounting firm PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) awards outstanding annual reports from the 20 most traded companies in Denmark. A panel of independent experts judged in the following categories:

  1. Performance and follow-up on expectations
  2. Cutting clutter – A stringently structured report with no unnecessary material
  3. Communication of strategic objectives and risk (operational and financial)

Straight to the point

DSV won the award for cutting clutter as the annual report is free of unnecessary information and makes good use of notes.
The annual report is an important tool for us to communicate with investors and other stakeholders so we are very pleased with the award.  It also reflects how we operate as a company; clear, simple and straight to the point.

Jens H. Lund, Chief Financial Officer, DSV

Jens H. Lund continues: "It is not as easy as it sounds, and takes a solid team-effort to make an award-winning annual report."

This is the third time our annual report wins an award. In 2011, the annual report was judged the best Danish annual report from the confederation of Danish Industry and the Association of Danish Accountants. Last year we won the cutting clutter category from PwC.
