To find specific office details you can enter following criteria.
Note: The search does not distinguish between upper and lower case letters.

• company name
• street address
• city
• postal/zip code
• state/province
• country
• main telephone number
• main fax number
• website address
• location code – UN/LOCODE

What is location code – UN/LOCODE?

The location code is a geographic coding scheme used in trade and transport. A list of all location codes can be found at: www.unece.org/cefact/locode/service/location.htm

To search for several criteria at a time, you have two options

1. Use double quotes which allows you to search for an exact term within the double quotes
2. Use space between the words which acts as an and/or statement searching for any of the individual words and a combination of these.

To find all offices including agents

1. Click on 'Find'

To find a service offering in a country

1. Select a country from the country drop down
2. Tick off a service or services check box(es) under 'Services'
3. Click on 'Find'

To find all offices offering a service

1. Tick off a service check box under 'Services'
2. Click on 'Find'

To find DSV’s head offices

1. Tick off the 'Head Office' check box only under 'Type of Office'
2. Click on 'Find'

To find all offices including agents

1. Click on 'Find'
