DSV completes acquisition of Schenker
After all conditions and requirements for the approx. DKK 106.7 billion (approx. EUR 14.3 billion) acquisition of Schenker from Deutsche Bahn have been met, DSV has formally completed the acquisition of Schenker, creating a world-leading player in the transport and logistics industry to the benefit of our customers and employees.
DSV announces changes to its executive management
After obtaining all regulatory clearances for DSV's acquisition of Schenker, DSV announces the first executive leadership appointments to maintain momentum and further strengthen the commercial approach and integration efforts. DSV adds new members to its Group Executive Committee and renames the Solutions Division to Contract Logistics. The changes will become effective after completion of the acquisition which is expected on 30 April.
Solid financial results in Q4 and full-year 2024 driven by strong organic volume growth
The DSV Group improved its performance in Q4 2024 and reported solid full-year results for 2024 driven by continued organic above-market growth.
