Our CSR efforts are anchored in the 10 principles outlined under UN's Global Compact, effectively dividing our work into the following areas: environment and climate; business ethics; and employees – as well as our own addition community engagement. The latter features a global partnership with the Red Cross | Red Crescent organisation.
Guidance on CSR
We work with social responsibility issues guided by the ISO 26000 standard.
Reporting to CSR partners
Our CSR report complies with the reporting standards of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). In addition, we report independently to several sustainability organisations:
In DSV, we have a zero-tolerance approach to corruption. We’re committed to promoting responsible and fair business practices and we work to ensure transparency and integrity throughout our organisation. In line with this commitment, we expect employees and business partners, who have concerns about DSV’s business, to report their concerns.
Via DSV’s whistle-blower programme, internal and external stakeholders can report violations of legislation or DSV policies through the dedicated hotline or website. The programme is managed by an external provider to ensure anonymity.
If you wish to report concerns or cases, you can do so via the DSV Whistle blower Program
Performance against targets
We continuously track our performance on the targets we have set for CSR in DSV. In our latest Responsibility Report, published annually with the DSV Annual Report, you can see the current status on all initiatives.
