Blooming in Africa

Kenya is one of the world’s biggest exporters of flowers, so it is only natural that DSV attends The International Flower Trade Expo (IFTEX) in Kenya with our Fresh transport system.

Kenya - red rose

"IFTEX is the largest flower show in Africa and a great opportunity to meet with existing as well as potential customers. Colleagues from the DSV Fresh Network in other countries were present and available for in-depth discussions of business opportunities involving safe and temperature controlled export to Europe, Russia and the Middle East," says Michael Carstensen, Director for Africa Development and Managing Director, Kenya.

And Branch Manager Esther Kabugi, DSV Kenya, adds; "This is the third time in a row we are at the annual International Flower Trade Expo (IFTEX) in Kenya with a stand manned by our DSV Fresh team from Nairobi supported by colleagues from the UK, Denmark and the Netherlands."
