For our fast-growing organization, location in consultation in East / South-East Netherlands, we are looking for a Corporate Recruiter.

Will you soon be active with us in East / South-East Netherlands to find even more new colleagues? Because DSV is growing and we will continue to do so as number #1 in logistics in the Netherlands in the coming years. As a Corporate Recruiter you work closely with your direct colleague Jeroen and you are responsible for the entire recruitment and selection process within DSV every working day. You work for all DSV divisions together with HR colleagues (such as Esmée and Ellen) and managers. Spread over your region in Eindhoven, ’s-Heerenberg, Venlo, Venray and Maastricht, among others. And are you looking for colleagues such as (Assistant) Freight Forwarder to management positions.

One of these locations is your permanent workplace and you also travel between the others. To work here, to have conversations or, for example, to discuss his/her new vacancy with a manager. Are you looking for that variety and does it give you even more energy?

You are the first contact a potential new colleague has with DSV. This can be via your recruiting vacancy text, an inviting message via LinkedIn Recruiter or a call to invite someone for an introductory meeting. As a Corporate Recruiter you plan a meeting with the manager, you proactively maintain or maintain contact with the candidate and you are the person who, after good discussions, can make the candidate a proposal on behalf of DSV, to become colleagues. You provide the right feeling and a positive candidate experience.

Another important task is to maintain close contact with schools, organizers of job fairs/events and visit them together with your colleagues. You are also active online with Employer Branding to get in touch with your new colleagues even more. Do you already recognize yourself?

Other duties as Corporate Recruiter;

  • Drafting recruitment vacancy texts and distributing them online;
  • Search and approach potential candidates through your own network, LinkedIn and other socials;
  • Review and select applications, check CVs and discuss with HR / supervisors;
  • You yourself talk to applicants on location and provide feedback on assessments;
  • Making a proactive contribution to the implementation of Employer Branding;
  • Prepare reports and proactively think along with improving processes.

What do we ask?

We are always looking for people who want to make a difference and who can add value to our organization. The qualities we value are: commitment, responsibility, ownership. We also consider the following points important for the position: 

  • A relevant completed HBO education and several years of experience within recruitment, employer branding and labor market communication;
  • If you have experience within logistics, this is an advantage;
  • Willingness to travel to different locations several times a week
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English in word and writing.
