For our fast-growing division DSV Road, location Venlo, we are looking for a Logistics Administrative Employee.
We are looking for a new colleague at our location at Tasmanweg 2 in Venlo. For our team in our Groupage Import department. This department is responsible for the efficient and timely handling of incoming road transport. You are also expected to contribute ideas about suitable solutions and ideas. Are you accurate, administratively well-grounded and have a positive attitude? Then you are our new colleague who will start working as a Logistics Administrative Employee.
Together with your colleagues and manager Juulke Heerkens, you are actively involved in maintaining customer contacts and handling incoming and warehouse shipments. You compile files, register all costs and are active with the timely processing of the files.
In your position you determine the feasibility of the shipments and if this is good, you accept them. Your accuracy is important in daily work. As a Logistics Administrative Employee you are an important part of the department.
Other tasks as a Logistics Administrative Employee are;
- Drafting the correct transport documents and processing them in the systems
- Creating orders and processing them administratively
- Checking for the correct departure and progress of the shipments
- Processing internal costs so that invoicing is error-free
What do we ask?

- Completed (logistics) MBO training
- Minimum 2 years work experience. Knowledge of road transport is an advantage
- You are customer-oriented, can work well in a team and have a flexible attitude
- You are also accurate, stress resistant and you do not shy away from administrative challenges
- Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language in word and writing
