For our fast-growing division Solutions in Amsterdam we are hiring a Warehouse Supervisor Inventory.

The main focus of this position:

As an Inventory Supervisor you are responsible for managing and analyzing the stock, the damage process and resolving questions both internally and externally with regard to missing items, stock discrepancies and damage. You contribute to improvements to the logistics process by identifying and discussing (common) deviations in stock data and actual stock. Making proposals to improve the existing logistics process or systems and warehouse layout based on observed deviations or observations.

Other tasks will be:

  • Dividing up the daily activities and acting as the first point of contact for the employees;
  • Monitor progress and consult with the Operations Manager in case of deviations;
  • Conducting result and development interviews with your employees;
  • Sick leave counseling for your employees;
  • Taking care of the personnel planning of your department.
