Aviation Valley Maastricht-Airport

A community of hundreds of organisations, employees and students has gathered around Maastricht Aachen Airport (MAA) in recent years which has grown into Aviation Valley. From this strategic location within the Euregio, DSV started building a 31,000 m² multi-user warehouse including 4,700 m² mezzanine, almost 2,000 m² of office space and 22 docks on the Ierlandlaan 1. A quadrupling of the current site on the Europalaan.

It is great to see that in cooperation with the Municipality of Beek, Aviation Valley and our sister organisation DSV Air & Sea, we can realise our ambition to grow further in the Maastricht area close to our neighbouring countries Belgium and Germany,

The Air & Sea division will continue to grow its activities from this Breeam Excellent-certified facility, which includes solar panels, through air freight, sea freight, rail transport and courier services. The latter, better known in the market as DSV XPress, has already moved to the existing site on the Europalaan. The Solutions division will provide the multi-user warehouse, as in its other locations, with Value Added Services such as, for example, temperature-controlled storage, clean room kitting, rework, (re)packaging, labelling, quality control and assembly.
