Maximising the customer's business at DSV: you are part of it.
How do you do this? You are a full discussion partner for international customers and internal stakeholders. You are part of the South West Netherlands region. Together with clients, you draw up an annual plan, discuss QBRs and MBRs and manage the contractual agreements between existing clients and DSV. You ensure that you create lasting innovation for your clients. You report directly to the Site Manager of the Moerdijk location and work in a team of account managers. As an account manager, you will be given the freedom to help and advise customers in the way you see fit. For now but also with a view to the long term. To further develop the DSV interests with the customers. You get this done by:
- initiating and following up structural operational and strategic discussions;
- structuring, calculating and securing additional or different activities from 'your' customers;
- maintaining and expanding a network of various stakeholders within the clients concerned.
You will work together with two other account managers in your region (South-West Netherlands), where you will achieve even better results together. For yourself, the team, the customer and DSV.
