Move forward as Credit Controller at DSV in Venlo

As Credit Controller, you ensure that our customers pay on time. So that some 2700 colleagues in the Netherlands can focus on providing flawless logistics services. This makes you of indispensable value within our organisation. Ready to make a difference?

You get it done

Together with your colleagues, you will manage a customer portfolio consisting of some 3,500 debtors, spread across the three divisions within DSV. In short, you work on it!

How do you do this? With the help of our SAP system and collection modules, you and your colleagues know exactly which priorities need to be followed up on a daily basis. You achieve this by:

  • monitoring payment deadlines within your portfolio, using our SAP system, FSCM and Fiori;
  • identifying causes for payment delays, assessing the feasibility of claims and making proposals for customised payment arrangements;
  • sending statements of account, reminders and copy invoices;
  • communicating with our operation about possible disputes or arrears. To discuss which actions should be taken;
  • keeping an eye on whether agreements made regarding claims for outstanding invoices are met. You keep in touch with customers and colleagues about this.

Your team stands out within DSV because of the knowledge and experience your colleagues have gained over the years. They will provide a thorough induction programme, after which you can always approach them for questions and help with complex cases. One team, one job!
