Move forward as Customer Service Representative at DSV in Venray

Would you like to work in environment serving customers in the maritime sector? Your customer focus will come into its own within our international working environment.

You get it done

Organising an incoming shipment weighing 12 tonnes and measuring 5x5 metres: you work on it. How you do this? You are responsible for all administrative and planning activities for our maritime customer, in this role you are an important link between our warehouse and our customer. You ensure that all information concerning a shipment is processed in the system, monitor its progress and take care of the planning. You get this done by:

  • proactively monitoring the overview of shipments and keeping our colleagues and customers informed accordingly;
  • planning and preparing incoming orders from our customer;
  • identifying discrepancies in orders.

Your team stands out within DSV for its family atmosphere and approachability. It is a close-knit team that is there for each other. You bring

  • affinity with logistics and transport;
  • good computer skills;
  • command of the Dutch and English languages.
