Together with a specialized team, you work on improving our inbound processes. You handle customs documents for both air and sea freight and ensure they are processed correctly and on time. By accurately checking invoices and other documents, you prevent errors in the monthly declaration: you’re on it.
How you do this? You check incoming documents and invoices, prepare and handle customs documents, identify process improvements, and work on solutions. You ensure all documents are correctly entered and any errors are corrected. You achieve this by:
- carefully preparing and handling customs documents for both air and sea freight;
- accurately filling in and checking invoice details, packing lists, and other relevant documents;
- contributing to the optimization of our processes through your precision and proactive attitude.

You bring
- experience as (assistant) declarant is a plus, but we are happy to teach you the tricks of the trade;
- you work with precision and attention to detail, ensuring flawless and reliable results in every task you perform;
- a good command of both Dutch and English;
- you are proactive and always go the extra mile.
