As Key Account Manager, will you soon be commercially active with our Oil & Gas key accounts? And are you the communicating link between our internal operational colleagues and customer contacts? To ensure that the relationship with the customer remains good and continues to grow.
You get the job done
Maximising the customer's business at DSV: you work on it. How do you do this? You are a valuable discussion partner for international customers in the Oil & Gas field. You are part of our Regional Commercial Oil & Gas team and report directly to the Regional Account Manager. Together with the customers, you draw up an annual plan, discuss QBRs and MBRs and manage the contractual agreements between existing customers and DSV.
You ensure that you continue to create innovation for your clients, pursue the pre-agreed targets and advise the key accounts where necessary. For now but also with a long-term view. To further develop DSV’s interests with clients. You get this done by:
- actively liaise between key accounts and internal teams;
- customer-focused problem solving and complaint handling to maintain and preserve good relationships;
- independently generate new sales that result in long-term relationships.
You work both independently and together with the operational team, where together you achieve even better results. For yourself, the team, the customers and DSV.

- logistical / business knowledge and experience as a relationship manager / account manager;
- ability to speak and write well in Dutch and English with customers and internal stakeholders;
- experience / knowledge in Oil & Gas industry is preferred.
