As a corporate recruiter at DSV, the world is at your feet. Your focus? It lies in recruiting new colleagues for our locations in the mid-region of the Netherlands, occasionally including an international role in your portfolio. Isn’t recruiting colleagues in logistics monotonous? Certainly not! You have a versatile role, seeking colleagues for our logistics operation, as well as for our HR-, finance-, or sales teams: you’re on it.

How do you do this? Alongside your fellow corporate recruiters and junior recruiters spread across the Netherlands, you have a weekly team meeting. This ensures you are aware of what's happening, what works, and where your focus should be. Sourcing, boolean search, job marketing, or campus recruitment. No need for explanations, as you are already familiar with this. As an experienced recruiter, after a thorough onboarding, you'll be up and running in no time. You achieve this by: 

• conducting vacancy intakes, followed by crafting a rock-solid job description;
• sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Google Deepsearch, or other tools that help you find the perfect candidate;
• screening candidates, conducting introductory interviews, and providing feedback on assessment results;
• organizing job events, creating vlogs, TikToks, or any other innovative ideas? Your creativity will surely come in handy!

You bring

• proven experience in recruitment. Boolean, Google Deepsearch, LinkedIn Recruiter have no secrets for you. You know what's happening in the market and, after thorough market research, precisely where your target audience is;
• proficiency in both Dutch and English;
• you are a natural networker. Connecting with schools, government agencies, or recruitment partners for niche vacancies. Stakeholder management is second nature to you.
