Move forward as Customer Service Representative at DSV in Eindhoven

You make the difference by managing the entire logistics process for our customers. From goods receipt to delivery at the customer – you ensure everything runs smoothly.

You get it done

As a customer service representative, you are the main point of contact for our logistics customers. You're on it. 

How you do this? You make sure their shipments are executed efficiently and on time, and that all administrative tasks are handled smoothly. Your role involves coordinating transportation by road or sea, handling the necessary documentation, while maintaining communication with customers and carriers. You achieve this by:

  • actively collaborating with your colleagues to organize shipments to and from the warehouse for customers;
  • maintaining contact with carriers and internal colleagues (regarding sea freight, road transport, and express);
  • ensuring correct inbound and outbound processes and inventory levels in our warehouse management system;
  • managing timely planning and feasibility of shipments.

You work with a small, close-knit team of four other colleagues in an informal atmosphere. Everyone is involved, customer-focused, and works together to exceed customer expectations. You have regular contact with both customers and colleagues, contributing to the success of the logistics operations within the warehouse.

You bring

  • a completed vocational education in a relevant field;
  • experience in a logistics environment. Experience in a similar role is a plus;
  • independence, but also a strong team player;
  • good command of both Dutch and English.
