Great benefits and a relaxed work atmosphere, sounds good! But what will you be doing in this role? Our customers rely on you to organize general cargo transport to the Netherlands via air and road freight. You're on it.

How you do this? Together with a team of 25 colleagues, you will handle incoming import shipments, provide price quotes to customers, find the best transport options, plan based on incoming orders, prepare the necessary customs documentation, keep customers updated on transport progress and finalize the file with invoicing. From start to finish, you take the lead. You achieve this by:

• processing incoming orders in our system (Cargowise), used by DSV offices worldwide;
• monitoring shipments until they arrive in The Netherlands and providing customers with updates;
• preparing customs documents and maintaining contact with warehouse colleagues;
• planning deliveries for customers while adhering to agreed terms;
• handling invoicing, processing claims and providing customer support.

You bring

• you have at least 1 year of experience in organizing import transport via air freight;
• a good command of Dutch (B1 level or higher) and strong English speaking and writing skills;
• passion for the field, a desire to keep learning and a motivated attitude.
