You play a key role in the success of our global warehouse management systems (wms) and support the continuous growth of a dynamic organisation: You’re on it.

How you do this? As an IT solutions support specialist, you are responsible for the comprehensive support of our wms, including Blue Yonder/JDA Dispatcher and future add-ons. You ensure the efficient management of all technical aspects of the wms infrastructure, such as Citrix, DBMS, hardware, and networks.

Additionally, you maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to achieve common goals and outcomes. You support the global organisation with your technical expertise, implement and manage our systems, and collaborate closely with regional business solution teams and corporate service and consulting teams. You achieve this by:

• managing and coordinating all technical aspects of wms infrastructure, such as Blue Yonder/JDA Dispatcher, Oracle databases, and Citrix environments;
• providing daily support and troubleshooting for our wms systems in an international environment;
• working with internal teams, external partners, and software suppliers to drive continuous improvements.

You bring

• a bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, business administration, logistics, or a similar field;
• at least 3 years of work experience, preferably in an international environment, with a strong focus on Blue Yonder/JDA Dispatcher;
• experience with JDA Dispatcher in at least four domains, such as wms infrastructure support, wms configuration, integration, and excellent knowledge of SQL;
• excellent command of the English language.
