Our quality department currently consists of two colleagues who (for now) ensure that all policies, protocols and regulations regarding GDP compliance are implemented and adhered to at our Schiphol location in a high-quality manner. You are on it.

How you do this? At our Schiphol location, we manage the transport and storage of healthcare products. This requires precise record-keeping, adherence to protocols and quality and safety checks. To keep everything running smoothly, we are looking for a new colleague who will primarily provide administrative support and lighten the workload. You achieve this by:

• maintaining, reporting, analyzing and archiving data related to compliance, ensuring everything remains organized and accessible;
• managing administration for training sessions, drafting forms, registrations, monitoring progress and scheduling;
• preparing meeting minutes and reports, as well as handling archiving tasks;
• assisting with the planning of internal and external audits, preparing documentation and collecting required data and documents during audits;
• supervising maintenance tasks, processes and controls, as well as conducting periodic checks in our warehouse to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

You bring

• MBO education level, preferably with an affinity for healthcare and logistics;
• a professional attitude, demonstrating seriousness and precision in your work;
• strong skills in using MS Office;
• motivation to work within established frameworks and guidelines, including performing repetitive tasks;
• proficiency in Dutch (B1) and English.
