Move forward as QHSE Manager at DSV in the Netherlands
Are you an experienced professional in the field of quality, health, safety, and environment, eager to enhance safety and quality within a dynamic logistics environment? If so, this role at DSV is perfect for you.
You get it done
As a QHSE Manager at DSV, you will ensure the highest QHSE standards across our extensive network, from Amsterdam to Maastricht and from Tholen to ’s-Heerenberg. You’ll develop and implement QHSE strategies, monitor ISO standards like 9001 and 13485, and oversee safety assessments and risk evaluations for hazardous materials. You’re on it.
How you do this? At DSV, you’ll have the opportunity to use your QHSE expertise to make a direct impact on our organization. You’ll act as a sparring partner in implementing safety and compliance policies and work hands-on to improve our ISO certifications, safety awareness, and compliance with specific (customer) requirements, such as GDP and storing lithium-ion-based products. You’ll achieve this by:
- leading and implementing QHSE processes on a national level;
- conducting internal and supporting external audits and safety assessments;
- presenting the strategic QHSE policy to our management team, keeping them regularly updated on the latest developments, progress, and best practices.
Your team at DSV stands out for its high standards and strong sense of responsibility. Safety is more critical than ever for yourself, your colleagues, and our customers. That’s what you and your team stand for, today and in the future. Together, you prioritize safety and quality across the entire DSV organization.
We are DSV, we grow
DSV is a global provider of transport and logistics services. With offices in more than 80 countries and a growing network of partners, there is no place in the world we cannot reach via transport by air, sea, rail, courier or road or where we can offer storage in warehouses.
We strive for the highest QHSE standards in a dynamic environment, and with your expertise across all four areas, you’ll truly make a difference at DSV,
says Robert Speelman, Director of Operations Excellence.
In the Netherlands, we operate from over 25 branches, with more than 3,000 colleagues. Together we rise to the challenge of a rapidly changing environment. We make quick decisions at every level and combine ambition and teamwork. This is how we move forward and make a difference together.
You bring

- around five years of experience in QHSE management, preferably in logistics or manufacturing;
- knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 13485, 14001, 45001), hazardous substances (PGS-15), and pharmaceutical standards (GDP);
- excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English;
