How you do this? As a QSHE Specialist, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and improving quality, safety, health, and environmental standards across the region. Every day, we ensure that everything runs smoothly in accordance with ISO 22000, ISO 13485, and HACCP guidelines. You will oversee the operational execution of these standards, as well as client-specific procedures and regulations. Additionally, you will act as a health and safety officer to ensure the working environment is safe for all employees. You’ll work closely with operations, management, and directly with clients. Your role involves continuous improvement projects, participation in various initiatives, preparing reports, and conducting internal and external audits.

In this coordinating and responsible role, you’ll lead the food defence and safety team at the site. Additionally, you’ll manage all relevant aspects related to buildings, installations, and operational machines and tools.. You achieve this by:

  • developing, coordinating, advising, and monitoring all standards and guidelines;
  • ensuring proper follow-up and implementation of incidents and changes;
  • maintaining daily contact with both the client and all internal stakeholders.

You bring

  • excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders;
  • knowledge of safety, health, and ISO standards;
  • passion and enthusiasm for the field, which you can inspire in others;
  • proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a logistics environment.
