From Monday to Friday, you are at the center of attention, welcoming our guests and colleagues with warmth and a smile at our Schiphol location. Your friendly phone voice brings joy to callers and with your warm personality, guests feel immediately welcomed. Our reception desk stands out for its hospitality and professionalism: you're on it.

How you do this? It’s not only guests and callers who can count on your helpfulness, you are also the go-to person for colleagues, assisting them from facility needs to administrative support. You keep everything meticulously organized. You achieve this by:

• welcoming guests, (new) colleagues and managing visitor badges;
• being the primary contact for incoming calls;
• handling office supply inventory and placing orders as needed;
• processing incoming and outgoing mail and managing archiving tasks.

You bring

• a committed work attitude and genuine enjoyment in what you do;
• an MBO4 diploma or equivalent work and thinking level;
• experience in reception duties or facility management.
