Within the IT Change Management department, you and your team are responsible for the intake process, assessment, and execution of projects and complex system enhancements. You’re on it.

How do you achieve this? All changes undergo thorough quality checks to meet business expectations. You take on your role to lead the IT change management team and directly influence our global IT operations. You make an impact by:

• leading a team that manages IT changes, including non-standard requests and system improvements;
• working closely with internal business teams, WMS engineering teams, and subject matter experts to design and implement standardised solutions;
• overseeing the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process to ensure successful implementations;
• ensuring that every change meets the organisation’s quality standards.

The team is the key connector between business units, engineering teams, and end-users, known for its focus on accuracy, collaboration, and continuously improving IT processes. You bring

• a completed higher education degree (hbo or wo) in IT, business administration, or a related field;
• at least 5 years' experience working in logistics and sound knowledge of logistics IT systems (e.g. WMS, TMS, warehouse automation);
• experience with project management, quality control, and managing IT changes;
• strong communication skills and the ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments;
• fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
