DSV Air & Sea is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Customer Service Specialist in Brisbane.


The Customer Service Specialist plays an integral part in the logistic supply chain, liaising with customers and service providers providing information and problem solving. This role reports to, assists and works cooperatively with the Customer Service Manager in providing outstanding customer service to internal and external customers, through the timely and accurate resolution of customer enquiries and complaints.


Your typical day at DSV:


  • Establish strong customer service relationship with customers.
  • Provide customers with service information (either verbally over phone or via email, TEAMs or CW1).
  • Source rates and complete quotations to customers
  • Identify, research, and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Follow-up on customer inquires timeously.
  • Enter data into CW1 and produce data/reports as required.
  • Ensures all quotations are created in CW1 and Client rates are managed for autorating.
  • Ensure all customer details are maintained and kept up to date.
  • Ensure bookings are made through Order Manager - CW1


About you:


  • Experience in customer service role within the relevant industry
  • Experience using CargoWise One is preferred.
