DSV Air & Sea is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Freight Forwarder, Customs (Compiler/Classifier) in Sydney.

This position requires the classifying and compiling of a variety of commodities within the customs tariff, working closely with the team of customs brokers and clients to obtain all necessary documents to arrange customs clearance.

Your typical day at DSV:

•    Classifying and compiling of a variety of commodities within the customs tariff
•    Liaising with shipping lines, airlines, freight forwarders and government bodies when necessary 
•    Providing a high level of customer service at all times
•    Troubleshooting any queries with clients and internal departments
•    Ensuring consignments are cleared in an efficient and timely manner
 

About You:

- Experience in Customs Compiling/Classifying

- Has completed a Customs course or in the process of completing

- Cargowise One experience is essential

- Adequate knowledge of Customs Tariff
