DSV Air & Sea  is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Senior Analyst, Implementation & Digital Products in Melbourne or Sydney.

 

This role serves as the project lead for large and complex customer implementation initiatives, orchestrating cross-functional teams and external partners to drive successful project execution and delivery. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of the enterprise digital transformation strategy across the Oceania region, aligning with global initiatives and business objectives.This role will also support local operations by identifying and resolving technical obstacles that impact business performance. Additionally, it will drive operational efficiency through innovation and the implementation of digital solutions.

 

Your typical day at DSV:

 

- Lead customer implementation projects based on the DSV Oceania Implementation methodology through the whole implementation cycle till successful deliver.
- Conduct the implementation kick-off and Business Requirement Analysis meeting with the customer team and DSV Commercial Team to confirm expectations, timelines and ownership based on the needs assessment and what was agreed upon (sold)
- Draft the solution document including but not limited to SOP, IOP, EDI/API BRD, Reporting solution, etc.and coordinate backend engineering team for development and configuration.
- Config and Setup systems for customers and internal users to enable the operation workflow
- Train DSV’s offices/agents to understand the operation procedure and system workflow
- Execute SIT and Support UAT to assure the solution quality and provide hyper care support after business golive
- Lead the Global Digital product rollout projects execution in Oceania region
- Regular engagement with Global Digital Product team to obtain the knowledge of strategy and new features and cascade to local Super users 
- Support the continuous improvement initiatives focusing productivity and efficiency through digital solutions 
- Resolve the Support Requests received from local users for consultancy, system issues impacting the ongoing daily business 

 

About You:

 

- Experience in Air & Ocean Freight Forwarding industry with customer facing role responsibility
- Experience using Cargo Wise One with in depth functional knowledge 
- Good operational know-how (customer service, document processing exports & imports, customs clearance, and procurement)
- Highly accountable professional with a strong analytical mindset, capable of diagnosing complex issues and driving practical, results-oriented solution
- Proven ability to navigate complex challenges, manage competing priorities, and achieve key outcomes within time and resource constraints
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, building strong relationships and driving consensus to deliver business outcomes

- Strong understanding of B2B integration using EDI and API technologies, business intelligence and data analytics using tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI is an added advantage
