About the role

As a Business Analyst you will be part of the Business Change Management team. You will be responsible for setting up, leading and/or supporting implementation projects using EDI and API connections. For this you will work in close consultation with our IT Department.

Your tasks:

• You are the point of contact between customer and DSV. You are responsible for identifying the customer's (technical) needs for start-up/implementation. In consultation with our business you are responsible for drawing up a plan of action;
• You oversee the entire process of the EDI implementation and monitor the established plan;
• You are responsible for coordinating the implementation planning (high level and detailed) with the customer and our internal departments;
• You are responsible for the creation, execution and confirmation of User Acceptance Tests scenarios;
• You provide training (if needed) for the internal staff / customer so that the application is used as designed;
• As soon as the implementation goes live you are also responsible for hypercare (troubleshooting);
• You support the organization in improving and optimizing the processes in line with the Global Strategy.

Are you the perfect fit?

• You have at least two years of experience as a Business Analyst
• You are fluent in Dutch and English
• It is a plus if you have background or experience within transportation and logistics
• You have a strong knowledge of EDI
• You have strong communication and analytical skills
