About the role

As a Customer Service Agent, you'll play a vital role in managing logistics services for our clients. Acting as a bridge between customers and internal teams, you'll ensure smooth operations and meet customer agreements and requirements. You'll be responsible for real-time monitoring from goods receipt to delivery, handling complaints, and brainstorming with customers to solve problems.


Other tasks

  • Monitor logistics processes in real-time, ensuring compliance with customer agreements;
  • Act as the primary operational contact for assigned customers, coordinating with internal departments;
  • Follow established processes and customer-related instructions;
  • Collaborate with customers to identify and solve potential problems or bottlenecks;
  • Participate in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Are you the perfect fit?

  • Have some initial experience in logistics (e.g., logistics clerk, customer service).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take on responsibility.
  • Flexibility with working hours (between 7:30 am – 6:00 pm).
  • Proficiency in Dutch (very good) and English (good).
