HR Business Partner

About the role

For our site in Feluy, we are looking for our HR Business Partner.

Under the direction of the Site Director and the Human Resources Director, your mission will be to contribute to achieving the company's objectives by supporting the development and implementation of HR policies, as well as ensuring compliance with legal regulations and both sectoral and company agreements.

Tasks:

• Act as the key HR contact for managers and employees;
• Support onboarding, talent development, and internal mobility;
• Advise management on labor law, employee relations, and conflict resolution;
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations;
• Collaborate with payroll and HR administration;
• Lead HR projects and drive change management;
• Maintain open dialogue with social partners and negotiate collective agreements.

Are you the perfect fit?

• Master’s degree in HR and 10+ years of generalist HR experience;
• Strong knowledge of labor law, payroll, and union negotiations;
• Excellent communication in French (native) and English;
• Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration;
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Teams is a plus).
