General Responsibilities 主要工作职责
To complete accounting issue arrangement, direct report to Branch Manager and dot line report to HQT Finance.
Keep a good communication with branches and departments
Be an expert of accounting system
Responsible for coordinate and ensure on-time and high quality delivery of period-end closing activities including closing check, accrual process, other closing run
Support to improve the internal processes and system, ensure implementation of best practice
Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责
Prepare DSO / Overdue / AR weekly & monthly report, trace overdue.
Support to check and clear IC related
Check the payment application from operation; asssist to create the vendor code in system and update supplier list
Handle month / quarter / year end process, report to HQT
Handle tax declaration
Finance voucher filing properly
Support audit issue, including FA inspect.
