General Responsibilities 主要工作职责

  • Key target: New business volume development and grow existing business GP

    主要目标:新业务货量的增加及现有客户的毛利增长

  • Target customer: Top Chinese MNC & International customers with the decision maker in China, with min target volume 250Ton/500 TEU/500 CBM

    目标客户:大型中资企业及外企客户在中国有决定权,目标货量最少250/Ton/500 TEU/500 CBM

  • Pipeline Management: Responsible for developing a strong yearly frozen customer pipeline (in Dynamic) towards new business development.

    潜在客户管理:需在Dynamic 中建立其针对新客户发展的潜在规定客户清单

 

Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责

  • Build up and maintain a strong pipeline in Dynamic in accordance with company guidelines

    根据公司要求在Dynamic中创建潜在客户清单

  • Minimum sales meetings per week, as per company guidelines (subject to change)

    确保每周的销售会议 (根据公司要求)

  • Gain new business and new trade lanes from existing customers

    在现有客户中寻求新商机及新航线

  • All activities on new, existing and potential customers including service lines must be listed in Sales Force

    所有针对新,老,潜在客户的商务活动包括服务航线都应在sales force中体现

  • Plan sales activities in advance so ensure efficient and effective time management.

    提前做好销售会议计划以确保高效和有效的时间管理

  • Weekly presentation of pipeline and activities using Sales Force (dashboard) to management

    每周通过Sales Force (Dashboard) 向上级汇报工作

  • List account information, contact details, meeting schedules, opportunities and service lines as well as visiting reports in accordance with company guidelines.

    根据公司指导方针在Sales Force中录入客户信息,联系方式,会议议程,机会,服务航线及会议纪要

  • Claim customers timely and in accordance with company guidelines

    及时claim客户

  • Establish strong relationships to customers as well as colleagues

    与客户及同事建立良好的关系

  • Submit monthly expense reports in accordance with company guidelines  

    根据公司规定每月递交月报销

  • Responsible for assisting in collecting of payment from customers in accordance with company guidelines

    负责协助客户给公司的应收账款

  • Share relevant market intelligence with product and sales management to ensure consistent competitiveness

    向产品和销售管理人员分享相关市场信息以确保其具有竞争力

  • Involvement of customers service, KAM, Tender Team, RDMs or/and management as need

    参与与大客户部门,Tender部门,航线经理以及管理层(如需要)的合作
