Do you want to support DSV’s audit framework and ensure all matters related to business integrity, human rights, sustainability, legal, QHSE and more are sufficiently controlled? Can you, at the same time, support on working on whistleblowering investigations and work hands-on to ensure non-conformities are investigated and corrected?

At DSV, we are committed to conducting business with integrity and in compliance with any regulatory or other requirements. To ensure this implemented and monitored, we have in place an audit framework addressing various matters withing Sustainability & Compliance. We are working on centralising and streamlining our audit framework to ensure audits are carried out and proper monitoring and follow-up can be conducted at a global level.

 

To further underline this commitment, we have in place a whistleblower scheme that encourages employees and third parties to securely report concerns of misconduct or illegal behaviour. As part of our whistleblower policy, we objectively investigate all reports and take proportionate applicable action. As a Compliance Manager, you will also be providing support to investigating cases as part of our whistleblower scheme. 

 

Develop audit processes 

Joining our Business Ethics team, you will act as the subject matter expert on how Sustainability & Compliance audits should be carried out on a global level to ensure proper controller and trend monitoring. In addition to this, you support two other full-time investigators on investigations as part of our whistleblower scheme. 

 

Your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Process owner of global audit processes, covering compliance, business ethics, sustainability, QHSE and more
  • Ensuring framework surround audits is implemented
  • SME on audit process to provide guidance to both auditors and auditees
  • Conducting investigations into cases reported as part of the Whistleblower scheme 
  • Stakeholder management of process or policy owners or other stakeholders to ensure non-conformities are identified and corrected

 

Use your experience to make a difference 

You have previously worked within Sustainability & Compliance audits and/or whistleblower investigations, and with your experience, you understand that cases may need to be handled with sensitivity and empathy. 

 

Additionally, you have: 

  • Several years’ experience working in a large international organisation conducting or overseeing audits and/or investigations,
  • Strong understanding of investigative methodologies and tools and risk identification and mitigation strategies as well as root cause analysis
  • A master’s degree in a relevant area such as business administration, accounting, auditing or law,
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations related to compliance,
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills 

 

Any formal qualifications as a certified internal auditor or certified fraud examiner will be considered a plus.
