Be a key player in our sales organization
At DSV Sales, we live by one rule: If it’s not in Dynamics, it doesn’t exist. Every commercial activity flow through this system, making your role essential to our success.

You’ll work closely with the Sales Director, Business Developers, and Sales Teams, ensuring they have the data and insights they need to make informed decisions. MS Dynamics is our most essential tool for performance tracking, and you’ll be the go-to expert for reporting in Denmark across our two divisions: Road and Air & Sea.

As our CRM lead, you will play a vital role in keeping the business on track, informed, and continuously improving.

A role focused on impact
Your daily work will be a dynamic mix of reporting and system development:
Some of your time will be dedicated to KPI and performance reporting and with focus on driving system improvements and adoption initiatives.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver impactful reporting – Develop dashboards, charts, and reports that provide essential insights to users and management.
• Support and train users – Help colleagues in Denmark maximize CRM efficiency, collaborate with IT and Business teams, and drive best practices for high data quality.
• Onboard and educate – Train new users in MS Dynamics, manage system licenses, and ensure access to updated training materials.
• Ensure seamless adoption – Conduct refresher training and communicate global updates and feature releases.
• Drive system enhancements – Gather user feedback, participate in testing, and support continuous CRM improvements.

What you bring to the table
We’re looking for an analytical, structured, and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can shift priorities as needed. You should feel comfortable presenting to different audiences, leading discussions on system improvements, and collaborating in an international setting.

Ideally, you:

• Have a background in logistics and understand how a sales organization operates.
• Are proficient in CRM systems, ideally MS Dynamics, with strong data handling experience.
• Possess advanced Excel and Pivot Table skills along with Power BI.
• Are fluent in English – and if you’re not fluent in Danish yet, you’re eager to learn.
