Trainee Planner

DSV are recruiting for Customer Service Agent at Belfast. This role will be dealing directly with customers and hauliers and helping them with complaints and questions. 

  • A successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager. The candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills and a high level of customer service skills and be will versed in Microsoft packages including Excel. 

Key Tasks  

  • Liaising with colleagues in the office to ensure collections and deliveries are met as requested. 

  • Acting as first line of contact for any haulier queries. 

  • Supporting the H&D team. 

Duties / Responsibilities 

  • Provide customers with excellent support and service. 

  • Daily monitor delivery and collection times.  

  • Invoicing internally and externally. 

  • Assist with other office duties as assigned. 

Skills and Competencies  

  • The ability to work as a team and as an individual. 

  • Be adaptable and have excellent communication. 

  • Work well under pressure. 

  • Create a good positive atmosphere. 

  • Take responsibility for decision making.
