Manager, Air Freight Import

We are looking an Air Import Manager with a good personaliy, leadeship and communication where able to lead and achieve Air Imprt operational excellence with  productivity and customer satisfaction  

Requirements :

Minimum 5 years experience as Air Import Manager

Experienced and familiar with CW1 operating system will be advantages

Excellent in English both verbal and written

Good command of Ms. Office application

Willing to be placed in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport Cargo Area to control All west Indonesia Air import business (Medan, BDO, BPN, SRG and JKT)

Strong Analytical and able work under pressure

Motivated and open mind for continuous improvement

Job Description:

Responsible for managing Air Import team daily operations

Responsible to build strong relationships with air import stakeholder (custom, government regulatory, airlines, warehouse Lini 1, trucking vendor and etc) to achieve a smooth operation process

Responsible for monitoring and improve key departmental productivity indicators, measure Operation KPI and defined an evaluate vendors as per company policy.

Prepare and consolidate regular reports for management review which is designed for flexibility business plan.

Familiar with government Import regulation policies and procedures such as Operational Process Standards (OPS) and understand department process.

Constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency and service.

Have a good initative and analytical in Air Import product with Sales orientation as well

Responsible on Air Import P&L 

Ensure all customers standard operating procedures are documented.

Focusing on areas of possible improvement with corrective action plans where needed.
