At DSV Dunedin, you will be supporting the Sales & Customer Service Teams – developing & maintaining relationships, account development and contributing to new business enquiries, creating and following up on new and existing business quotes, and ensuring this information is captured with the company CRM system!

 

What you will be required to do (but not limited to):
 

  • Support the BDM/KAM and Managers to prepare customer proposals to assigned or potential accounts
  • Preparing monthly, weekly, or daily sales analysis.
  • Preparing proposals, agreements, sales reports, and presentations
  • Supporting the sales team in attaining the monthly as well as annual targets through RFQ support
  • Collecting, analysing, evaluating, and accounting the information to increase productivity of sales
  • Identify opportunities with key accounts based on customer research and development
  • Supporting implementation, in line with company blueprint

About you:
 

  • 1-2 years’ experience in international freight forwarding, sales coordination, sales processes and/or has a strong understanding of customer & market dynamics & requirements
  • Experience utilising microsoft excel
  • CargoWise One experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
