Job Req Number: 71661
Time Type: Full Time
Do you want to work at the forefront of DevOps and Kubernetes technology?
Then join us to shape the private cloud landscape of an expanding international company. Here, you get to explore the latest techs within your field and become part of our dedicated – and very welcoming – development team.
“The team is part of a larger set-up within our IT organisation designed to revolutionise our approach to technology – part of this is our private and public cloud endeavour, which you get to help us shape,” explains Roberto Marini, Product Manager, DSV Hybrid Computing Platform (HCP).
We’re building and shaping the containerization area
Your new team – HCP Kubernetes – is responsible for developing Kubernetes container platforms on AKS, GKE and OpenStack. We are a small international team and are now expanding with people who will work together from various parts of the world. We strive to automate everything possible – even the operational work.
“The Kubernetes team is a small team full of skilled, fast-moving, fun people that get things done. We aren’t that many right now, but the plan is for the team to grow without sacrificing the high quality of technical skills,” Jacob Mygind, the team’s Product Owner, elaborates.
Dive into DevOps and opensource tools
As the latest addition to our team, you will be stepping into a dynamic work environment with an agile set-up and methodology.
Developing and maintaining various solutions based on continually using state-of-the-art technologies, you get to set your own pace, solving tasks as you think best.
And, as our team steadily continues to expand, you will also get to share your extensive knowledge with your less experienced colleagues, helping them grow and learn. Likewise, you will have ample opportunity to bounce ideas off your peers.
We are currently working with the following technologies and tools with Kubernetes:
- Observability
- Prometheus
- Grafana
- ELK/EFK
- CI/CD
- Jenkins
- Ansible
- Terraform
- ArgoCD
- Public cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP)
And we do imagine that you have experience with some of these.
Lastly, you are just the right match because you:
- Have extensive hands-on experience with operating a large number of Kubernetes clusters
- Know how to build and maintain code to deploy and operate a Kubernetes platform
- Understand Kubernetes policy-based security and fleet management
- Have experience with Kubernetes clusters spanning multiple clouds
- Might have experience with gitops
- Speak and write English flawlessly
Want to know more and apply?
We will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding the position and about your options in DSV. You are welcome to call Product Owner Jacob Mygind on +45 20 99 67 00.
