IT Specialist - SAP Finance Solution Lifecycle SDMM

1st , 2nd , 3rd level of support for SAP Finance applications in DSV

1. Provide support to business users for SAP S/4HANA – SD and MM – 1st, 2nd, 3rd level to more than 43 countries.
2. Independently act on requests or incidents raised and resolve it within the agreed SLA
3. Perform root-cause analysis to identify cause and provide solution to high impact or recurring issues
4. Work closely with the technical team, SAP end- and key-users, and other stakeholders to ensure good user experience and system performance
5. Configure the system as per DSV Template.
6. Test new functionalities
7. Create and improve internal SAP documentation - manuals, procedures, and processes
8. Share knowledge and provide trainings to new team members
9. Work harmoniously with local and global colleagues
10. Bridge the gap across time zones (follow the sun)
11. Providing high quality level of customer service in terms of the services provided.

Minimum requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in: IT, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering
2. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA SD, SAP MM module and integration within other SAP modules
3. Knowledge of SAP modules within FI/CO are an advantage
4. Knowledge of Fiori is an advantage
5. English proficiency – oral and written
6. Interpersonal and communication skills
7. Basic understanding of finance and accounting concepts
8. Customer-service oriented
9. Keen eye for quality
10. Good analytical and critical thinking
11. SAP Certifications are an advantage

Minimal requirements

• At least 3 years of experience on 1st, 2nd and 3rd level of support within SAP ERP modules SD or MM
• Integration knowledge across the abovementioned modules
