YOUR TASKS

• Ensuring efficient service of the temporary storage warehouse
• Verification of commercial and transport documents
• Verification and preparation of EU and customs goods notification
• Preparation of the Summary Declaration for Temporary Storage
• Archiving of documents and notification files
• Close cooperation with the domestic and international transport departments as well as with warehouse
• Preparing necessary reports

• Experience in working with transport documentation
• Computer-literacy, a proficiency in MS Office and in using office equipment
• Precision, carefulness and focus on work
• Knowledge of Polish and English at a level that allows to work with documents and the customer
• Focus on achieving results and continuous self-improvement
• Motivation to provide excellent service to our customers
• Ability to cooperate effectively with others
