Your responsibilities:
- Analysing the transport requirements from the customer, based on the RFQ documentation,
- Offer preparation accordingly to the specifications included in the internal documentation,
- Check and validate the received input on completeness, consistency etc,
- Request the necessary rates at the involved countries,
- Communication with the Commercial leads and globally located departments,
- Secure / manage the timely delivery of the rates by the customers,
- Calculate transport cost budgets based on the rates and the available shipment profile,
- Coordination and actualization of the files crucial for the measuring current stage of reporting process.
Our requirements:
- Knowledge and professional experience in logistics area / data analysis,
- University degree - studies connected with transportation are preferable
- English language skills - fluent both written and spoken,
- Fluent Ms Excel skills,
- Analytical thinking skills,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Ability to work under time pressure and you are efficient at the same time,
- Ability to search for information and work with large data sets,
- Accuracy and conscientiousness.
