Your responsibilities:
- Handling sea, air and road shipments in accordance with operational standards
- Collecting, processing and validating data on transport orders
- Cooperating with DSV Group's subsidiaries around the world, as well as with customers and their suppliers
- Managing the global supply chains of our customers
- Implementing and testing processes to improve daily operations
- Preparing reports for the group and supervisor's needs
- Training new employees on process operation and sharing knowledge and spreading good work practice
- Participate in developmental and various projects including process automation, report building etc.
Our requirements:
- Experience in supply chain, transport, logistics or other related areas
- University degree in logistics/transportation or other similar fields
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (min. B2)
- Availability for full-time job with selected Sundays (collected on Fridays)
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
- The ability to prioritize tasks and perform them in the correct order
- Communication and analytical skills
