Claims Assistant

Your responsibilities:

• Verifying and completing documentation received in claims and completing the operating system in claims. 
• Making initial decisions on approval or rejection of claims.
• Providing systematic information to customers regarding the process. 
• Updating and archiving data in the claims system and creating current reports.
• Registration of claims in the claims system.

Our requirements:

• very good knowledge of English,
• you are well acquainted with MS Office package,
• you have experience in insurance, logistics or customer service - an additional advantage,
• you are able to make decisions independently and have highly developed communication skills,
• you are able to work under time pressure.
