Responsibilities:

• Handling Internet lines ordering process – quoting, ordering, communicating and archiving of orders
• Internet requirements assessment based on the data provides by requestor
• Managing communication with the providers and within the organization
• Managing the list of IT services providers
• Building positive relations with IT service providers
• Maintaining network database (CMDB)

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree will be an asset
• Fluency in oral and written English
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in working in international environment
• Being open to change
• The ability to make independent decisions
• Min 1 year of experience from a similar position or general understanding in IT, Telekom or Network department administration
• Experience in reading contracts and frame agreements would be an asset
