Key Responsibilities:
Conduct data-driven analyses to provide input to decisions (e.g., which DSV country to start with for a specific use case)
Pre-processing the data (cleaning, transforming) for ML models
Train ML models on prepared training data using GPU on cloud and on premises
Test and evaluate ML models and present conclusions on further improvements
Using and tweaking existing frameworks for running automated testing and evaluation of ML models
Maturing models to be available as services for other components
Present your results on an ongoing basis to teammates and business stakeholders
Our requirements:
Strong general knowledge of Machine Learning, with deep expertise in at least one of the following areas: Statistics, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Econometrics
Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain a big-picture perspective. Strong problem-solving skills and a business-focused mindset to deliver tangible value
Proficiency in Python is preferred, but a working knowledge or familiarity with the language, especially in data science contexts (OOP and popular libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn), is acceptable
Solid background in Computer Science, supported by relevant education and industry experience
Highly organized and structured, with the ability to plan and execute long-term projects and initiatives effectively
Nice to Have:
Experience with cloud platforms and MLOps, particularly in AI solutions (e.g., Google Cloud Vertex AI, Azure AI Platform, AWS SageMaker)
Familiarity with version control tools like Git, DVC, or Azure DevOps
Containerization and orchestration experience, including Docker (must-have) and Kubeflow (very nice to have)
Scripting skills in Bash or PowerShell
