Key responsibilities:
- Technical support for CI/CD stack
- Initial analysis of service requests and incidents
- Solving cases on a base of existing procedures and manuals
- Expanding knowledge base
- Participation in 2nd day operations of CI/CD stack
- Onboarding new users
- Promoting DevOps practices & mindset in the organization
Desired skills:
- Fluent in spoken and written English (at least B2 level)
- The ability to approach problems in logical and systematic way
- Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and post-restoration of service
- Good understanding of DevOps practices and tools (Continuous Delivery, IaC)
- Communication & interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge & understanding of Linux system
- Experience of working with Source Code Management (preferred git)
- Ability to read code written by other developers
- Ability to script in python, groovy or bash is a plus
