Your responsibilities:
- Create, implement & maintain standards, processes, data dictionaries and other documentation around Address governance
- Identify, plan, and mitigate risks to Address Master Data (ADMD) process
- Define, create, and implement qualitative and quantitative measures / tools to proactively manage data quality of Addresses financial & operational
- Identify / analyse root causes that result in lower data quality and swiftly implement long term corrective actions
- Conduct training sessions in countries & ISSC to ensure Address Master Data (ADMD) governance is followed
- Stakeholder management, communication, cross functional collaboration with stakeholders such as ISSC, countries, downstream system owners, IT, compliance etc
- Conduct ISSC audits to ensure Address Master Data (ADMD) governance is followed and utilize findings to create an improvement pipeline and systematically implement improvements
- Periodically review Address Master Data (ADMD) and implement improvements
- Lead / assist in leading various projects related to master data
Our requirements:
- Experience with Process management - mapping, descriptions, improvement
- Experience with MDG & ERP
- Nice to have experience with Address master data management processes
- Basic knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma for continuous improvement
- English fluency (advanced level)
- Planning skills - ability to translate strategy to operational planning and produce concrete results
- Ability to work with different cultures and to manage cross functional interfaces
- Ability to business trips once every 1- 2 months
