HRIS Analyst, Process Owner for Human Accounts
In the Global HRIS organization, we have a unique opportunity for an individual to help support the human account processes and governances within IGA, Identity Governance Administration tool (powered by SailPoint), which provisions identities and facilitates user account management.
You will experience a great degree of independence in a flexible and dynamic environment and the role will offer great exposure to DSV globally and within Group HR.
As a member of the Global HRIS team your major responsibilities will be:
- Research and manage various governance or process related initiatives that are requested by the Human Account Governance & Change Board.
- In partnership with the Global IT team and the User Technical Account Management team identify, troubleshoot, and support the testing of the IGA system issues, changes and enhancements
- Act as a project manager for new process or governance related initiatives.
- Create and manage a library of test scripts.
- Create and carryout various audits to ensure processes and/or data in is compliance with DSV policies and governance.
- Helps maintain data integrity in systems by creating reports and analyzing data.
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
- This position will have additional project and administrative duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, information technology, or related area of study required.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the Human Resources field (including Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, Performance Management, and Training).
- Minimum of one year experience managing system testing. Experience with IGA is preferred.
- Minimum of two years experience managing small projects
- Advanced skills in MS Excel.
