Your responsibilities:


•    Accountable for all low, medium, and high IT incidents, ensuring end-to-end ownership and accountability throughout the lifecycle of the incident.
•    Manage Incident Communications to ensure customers and internal stakeholders are being kept up to date with precise and transparent information.
•    Responsible for ensuring all high-impact incidents contain current and correct data quality within the IT Service Management Tool.
•    Close collaboration with Support teams, Problem management, and our Major Incident Management.
•    Having responsibility for conducting Taskforce meetings and Post Incident Reviews.
•    Responsible for acting as an escalation point to expedite incident resolution.
•    Taking the responsibility of informing and chasing IT teams that hold the most breached tickets.
•    Expected to be working in 24/7/365 shift rotation to support DSV Operations.
•    Preparing reports on high-impacting, breached Incidents, or trends in IT services.

 

Our requirements:


•    minimum of 3 years’ experience in Incident Management.
•    a good knowledge of various IT technologies,
•    possess technical proficiency and ITIL certification is an advantage.
•    excellent problem-solving, analytical, critical thinking, decision-making, and risk management skills.
•    great English communication both verbal and written.
•    ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced team environment and keep a level head during busy periods,
•    high motivation to solve incidents/tasks and ensure cooperation at all levels,
•    willingness to act proactively and work independently.
•    a team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
•    flexibility to work in shift rotation including holidays and weekends if needed
