This is your opportunity to help improve Compliance deliveries and processes on DSV’s Enterprise Integrations and Master Data area, which is a crucial part of DSVs ongoing success and growth. Essential Responsibilities:
As a key member of the Release Management & Compliance team you will work closely together with the Management and IT architects. You will take up an important role of improving and structuring the way we work with Compliance and security initiatives. As our new IT Specialist within Compliance, you will add your unique experience and work ethics when supporting the Enterprise Integration and Master Data organization on our digital transformation journey.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
Ensuring DSV policies are adhered to
Identifying new process improvement or governance related initiatives
Facilitating the resulting projects to execute on those initiatives
Developing and maintaining documentation and templates
Communicating with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
Managing the Yearly Compliance wheel
Skills:
In order to succeed in this position, you must have a strong command of the English language and in addition you may also have:
Project coordination experience
Ability to analyze and understand data and underlying structure
Experience with Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with JIRA and Confluence is an advantage
