Tasks and responsibilities:
•    1st , 2nd , 3rd level of support for SAP Finance applications in DSV
•    Provide support to business users for SAP S/4HANA – FI, CO, SD, MM and MDG – 1st, 2nd, 3rd level to more than 43 countries
•    Independently act on requests or incidents raised and resolve it within the agreed SLA
•    Perform root-cause analysis to identify cause and provide solution to high impact or recurring issues
•    Work closely with the technical team, SAP end- and key-users, and other stakeholders to ensure good user experience and system performance
•    Configure the system as per DSV Template
•    Test new functionalities
•    Create and improve internal SAP documentation - manuals, procedures, and processes
•    Share knowledge and provide trainings to new team members
•    Work harmoniously with local and global colleagues
•    Bridge the gap across time zones (follow the sun)
•    Providing high quality level of customer service in terms of the services provided

Requirements:
•    Bachelor’s degree in: IT, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering 
•    At least 3 years of experience on 1st, 2nd and 3rd level of support within SAP ERP modules:  SAP FI (AR, AP, GL, Bank Accounting, Asset Accounting, Cash Management, FSCM) and SAP CO (CO, PCA, CO-PA)
•    Integration knowledge across the abovementioned modules
•    Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules within FI/CO and integration within other SAP modules
•    Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA SD, SAP MM module are an advantage
•    Knowledge of Fiori is an advantage
•    English proficiency – oral and written
•    Basic understanding of finance and accounting concepts
•    Customer-service oriented
•    Keen eye for quality
•    Good analytical and critical thinking
•    SAP Certifications are an advantage
